We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them and we have been paid in full. Thereafter the products belong to you.

If you receive a damage product, please contact us at within 48 hours. We will give you instructions how to proceed and will resend you same or a product of similar characteristics.


At Yashumary we want you to enjoy the products you buy from us. We therefore have a “goodwill” returns policy (this does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations). If you are not entirely satisfied with a product you may return it to us.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods must be returned to us with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

How refunds are returned

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if returning goods as Yashumary cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused to goods in transit. If products are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable) to such loss or damage.

Please return the products within 14 days of receipt, complete in the original packaging with proof of purchase to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live the time it take for you exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once we have received and inspected the products you wish to return us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sales items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
